Policies
We pride ourselves on being efficient and on time for every party. We do however, appreciate your patience when some flexibility is needed. The balance is due on the date of your event.
Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your event date is reserved exclusively for you, and we may decline other inquiries once your reservation is confirmed.
If Jake's Clambakes is able to rebook the canceled date, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund or apply the deposit to a future event. This is a courtesy and not an obligation.
Force Majeure / Severe Weather Policy
If your event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond either party's control, including hurricanes, blizzards, government-declared emergencies, or mandatory evacuations, your deposit will be credited toward a future event within 12 months, subject to availability. This does not apply to rain, normal seasonal weather, or voluntary cancellations unrelated to a force majeure event.

Our professional catering team is available Wednesday through Saturday (11:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with extended hours until 6:30 PM on Fridays) to serve events throughout Marstons Mills, Cotuit, and Mashpee. From an office lunch for 20 to a wedding for 200, we are dedicated to making your event a delicious success.

How much advance notice is required?
We require 24 hours of notice for catering orders.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, allergies)?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please call us directly before ordering to discuss your specific needs.
Do you require a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount to place a catering order. Additionally, there is no minimum order amount to have your order delivered.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and cutlery?
Please call us directly for any specific utensil requests.

Jake’s Clambake is five stars all around… planning, execution, food quality!! We hosted a clambake for 20 and everything was perfect. We rented tables and chairs (chairs are the nice wooden ones). Raw bar is served cold on a tray of ice. Each clambake serving arrived hot in an individual pan with lobster, clams, corn, potatoes and chowder. Dan was very prompt and responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely use Jake’s again. Great value and food was delicious!!

We had a wonderful experience with catering and delivery with Jake’s Clambakes & Kitchen. We were staying locally at an Airbnb with a large group and requested a delivery of several Clambakes, Lobster rolls, and the fantastic Strawberry Shortcakes. Dan was wonderful to work with and very responsive. All of the food was just fantastic!! I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

We had Dan and his team prepare us a clambake for 10 people for our wedding in West Dennis this past week and it was exceptional. Hands down the best part of the day.
